A bus service is available. The Baltic Sea is about 25 km, the UNESCO World Heritage Site ” High Coast ” ( Höga Kusten ) is about 45 km. The state capital Sundsvall is about 60 km south and Örnsköldsvik with the climbing area ” Skulleberget ” about 80 km north of here.
The house is a classic Timerstomme house, build approx. in the year 1870. There are only 5 neighboring houses and the lake is within 8 minutes walking distance . The house has a large terrace, an enclosed garden, ideal for grilling and relaxation, parking space for 2 cars .
Shopping (small supermarket) and gas station are located in Brunne about 2 km away. Attractions are the naturum Västanåfallet, in Härnösand the remarkable museum village Murberget, Smitingen with his grotto and the (sand) beach. Several small lakes , small villages and farms are located in the surrounding area .
